Data Deletion Instructions
DCC Messenger demo
At Connector Geeks ApS, we value your privacy and provide a transparent way for you to manage the data associated with your Facebook account. If you wish to delete your activities or personal information stored by our application, you can do so by following the steps below.
Option 1: Via Facebook Settings
Recommended
Log into your Facebook account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In the left-hand menu, click on Apps and Websites.
Find DCC Messenger demo in the list.
Click the Remove button next to the app name.
(Optional) In the pop-up window, check the box that says 'Delete posts, videos or events DCC Messenger demo posted on your timeline' if you wish to remove all past activity.
Click Remove again to confirm.
Option 2: Manual Data Deletion Request
If you would like us to manually delete all data we have collected about you from our internal servers (such as your email or app-specific preferences), please follow these steps:
Send an email to info@connectorgeeks.com.
Use the subject line: 'Data Deletion Request'.
In the body of the email, provide your Full Name or the User ID associated with the app (if known).
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been permanently erased from our systems.
Note: Processing may take up to 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
