By accessing or using DCC Messenger demo (the 'App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. This App is provided via the Facebook Platform, and your use is also subject to Facebook's own Terms and Policies.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCC Messenger demo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We provide no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content provided through the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the 'Effective Date' at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
